The home of Christopher Columbus.
We have arrived in our home for the next 2 nights and our first overnight in Italy.

Dinner?
As it was our first night I was treated to a slap up meal.... a Chinese takeaway on a park bench!! Can't believe how lucky I am....

There be Pirates...
We found real pirates, well their ship anyway. The Neptune was built for the film Pirates in 1985 and is a very impressive sight moored up in the harbour.

Acquario di Genova
We spent a fabulous morning at the aquarium. They had enormous tanks filled with all sorts of sea creatures and even some dolphins.

Christopher Columbus
We found the home of Christopher Columbus. A modest little house for someone with such great navigational skills. Very impressed with this tiny piece of history.
